About

The name is the whole idea.

A prism takes a single beam of light and separates it into everything that was already inside it. That's how Prizmek is built: one relationship, one number to call, and out of it comes the full range of what your business runs on.

Why we work this way

Four vendors is three too many.

The typical Bahamian small business ends up with one company for the network, another for the website, someone else for hosting, and a fourth for anything with a screen on it. None of them talk to each other. When something breaks in the space between two of them, you become the project manager, explaining one vendor's work to another while your business waits.

Prizmek exists to remove that. We cover managed IT, web design and hosting, networking, audio/visual and arcade systems, because for a business of your size those things aren't separate problems. They're one system that has to work.

The second thing we do differently is come to you. There's no storefront, no waiting room, no dropping a machine off and hoping. We're mobile across New Providence and for managed clients, most issues are resolved remotely before anyone has to travel at all.

How we work

The things we won't compromise on.

Plain language, always

You'll get told what's wrong, what it costs, and what your options are, in words you can repeat to someone else. Jargon is usually a way of avoiding a straight answer about price.

Written before it's billed

Quotes in writing, scope in writing, findings in writing. Nobody should discover the cost of something after it's been done.

You own your own things

Your documentation. Your system, is yours. If you ever leave, you leave with everything and we hand it over cleanly.

Done properly, or not yet

Cable runs get labelled. Networks get documented. Sites get tested on a real phone. The shortcut always costs more the second time.

Reachable after the invoice

The work isn't finished at handover. Most of what makes a technology partner worth having happens in the months afterwards, when something changes and you need the person who set it up.

Local, and staying local

Based in Nassau, working in Nassau. We know which providers are reliable in which areas, how long parts actually take to land, and what it costs to get something done here rather than somewhere else.

Where we work

The Bahamas.

On-site service across New Providence, and remote support anywhere in The Bahamas. Web design and hosting clients don't need to be on-island at all, the whole service runs remotely, and plenty of it is handled via a phone call.

Outside New Providence and need someone physically present? Get in touch anyway. Depending on the job we may still be able to help, or point you to someone who can.

Start with a conversation. There's no charge for it.
