IT services

Stop paying for downtime you could have prevented.

Most small businesses treat IT as something you call about after it breaks. That's the expensive way to do it. Managed service means we're watching the systems, applying the updates, and catching the failing drive while it's still only failing.

Managed IT Services

We take ownership of your IT so it stops being your problem.

You get a technology partner who already knows your setup — not a stranger reading a ticket. We monitor your systems continuously, patch them on a schedule, keep backups verified, and handle the majority of issues remotely before anyone in your office has to stop working.

The point isn't the monitoring dashboard. It's that fewer things break, and the ones that do get fixed while you're getting on with the day.

  • Continuous remote system monitoring
  • Proactive threat detection and response
  • Remote desktop and user support
  • Patch management and software updates
  • Cloud backup and recovery management
  • Monthly health reports you can actually read
  • A dedicated technician, not a call centre
  • Plans sized to your business, not a template

IT Support & Infrastructure

For everything that needs hands on it, or a person who knows what they're looking at.

Whether it's a new office setup, a server that needs configuring properly, or a workstation that's been getting slower for a year. We come to you, across New Providence. No drop-off, no waiting room, no vague estimate on when you'll get it back.

This works as one off support or as the onsite arm of a managed plan.

  • Hardware setup, repair and replacement
  • Windows and macOS workstation support
  • Printer, peripheral and device configuration
  • Server setup and administration
  • Microsoft 365 deployment and support
  • Endpoint security and antivirus management
  • Data backup and recovery
  • New office and new-hire setups

Networking & Cabling

Everything else you own depends on this being done properly.

A network installed badly doesn't fail cleanly, it just makes everything slightly worse for years, and nobody can tell you why. We design and install structured cabling and wireless coverage that's documented, labelled and built to be worked on again later.

We'll also deal with your ISP for you, which is frequently the largest part of the job.

  • Wired LAN and structured cabling (Cat5e / Cat6)
  • Wi-Fi design and access point deployment
  • Router, switch and firewall configuration
  • VPN setup for remote access
  • Network troubleshooting and optimisation
  • ISP liaison and connectivity management
  • Rack builds, labelling and documentation
  • Coverage surveys for awkward buildings
How a managed plan starts

No commitment until we've both seen the setup.

Step one Site walkthrough

We come out and look at what you actually have. Machines, network, backups, who uses what. Free, and no obligation attached to it.

Step two Written findings

What's working, what's at risk, and what it would cost to fix. In plain language, in writing, so you can think about it without us in the room.

Step three Scoped plan

A monthly plan priced to your actual environment. Number of machines, sites and users. Not a package you have to squeeze into.

Step four Onboarding

We document everything, put monitoring and backups in place, and fix the outstanding issues found in the walkthrough.

Common questions

Before you have to ask.

What is the cost?

An honest cost depends on how many machines and sites you have. A walkthrough is needed at no additional cost to you. After the walkthrough a written fixed quote is provided, you'll have a real number before you commit to anything.

We're small. Is this overkill?

If you have more than a handful of machines and losing them for a day would hurt, it isn't. Plans scale down, several of our clients are under ten people.

Do you have to come on site?

Usually not. Most issues on a managed plan are resolved remotely, which is faster for you. We come out when something physically needs hands on it, and that's included.

What if we already have an IT person?

That's common and it works fine. We handle monitoring, backups and the after-hours load while they keep the day-to-day. We'll scope around them, not over them.

Can you take over from another provider?

Yes, and we'll do the documentation properly during handover so you're never dependent on a single person's memory again, including ours.

Do you handle our website and email too?

Yes, that's the whole point of using one partner. Web design and hosting sits on its own page

Book the walkthrough. It costs you nothing.

Worst case, you get a written assessment of your setup and decide to do nothing with it.
